30 days return policy

You have tried the product and are still not enthusiastic about it? Too bad, but that can happen. After receiving the goods, you have 30 long days to return the unopened or opened (but not empty) product to us and we will refund the purchase amount, we promise.

Deadlines:
The right of return can be exercised within 30 days of receipt. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you inform us via the email address below of your intention to return before the deadline.

Proceed:

1. Please email us at service@fiveskincare.com with the following information:
   - Order number (#....)
   - First and Last Name
   - Reason for return
   
   
2. After you have announced your return to us by email, you have 14 days to return your products. Enclose the completed return form with the return. If you don't have a printer, you can copy the form. Address for returns: Five Skincare GmbH, c/o Fulfillment.swiss, Isenrietstrasse 19, CH-8617 Mönchaltorf.

Please note:

• Products that have already been refunded for a previous order are excluded from the return option.
• The postage for the return is at your expense.
• The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the return.
• Request a receipt from the shipping service provider so that you can show us proof of your return when asked.
